Program Evaluation & Impact Assessment (MEAL)

For organizations implementing social programs, development projects, or corporate social responsibility initiatives, demonstrating impact is both an accountability requirement and a strategic imperative. Our MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) service provides the frameworks, tools, and expertise needed to design, measure, and communicate program impact.

We work with organizations to establish robust MEAL systems from program inception — defining clear theories of change, developing logical frameworks, establishing baseline measurements, designing data collection instruments, and building monitoring dashboards that track progress against planned outcomes.

For ongoing and completed programs, we conduct independent evaluations using mixed-methods approaches that combine quantitative impact measurement with qualitative understanding of how and why programs work. Our evaluation designs include quasi-experimental approaches, pre-post comparisons, contribution analysis, and outcome harvesting, selected based on the evaluation questions, program design, and data availability.

Our MEAL expertise spans international development, humanitarian response, education, healthcare, livelihoods, and governance programs. We have conducted evaluations for international organizations including USAID, CARE, Mercy Corps, DRC, and Relief International, bringing both methodological rigor and contextual understanding to every engagement.
